We offer editing and proofreading services for English technical documents that support our mission of ending hunger, improving nutrition and food safety, and protecting the environment.
These documents may include concept notes, proposals, reports, draft contracts, resumes, cover letters, etc., and should not exceed 2000 words. Using our editing services, you can ensure your writing is technically sound, and polished, making it more impactful for your audience.

Editing Services
Once you have completed drafting your documents, we can edit them. Editing goes beyond proofreading to ensure clarity, conciseness, and flow in your writing. Editors who are technical experts in agri-food systems may suggest rephrasing sentences, improving word choice, and ensuring consistency in style and tone. This is why they may also suggest revisions to the organization of your content, strengthen your arguments, and ensure your writing is focused on your target audience.
Terms and Conditions
Please be aware that our terms and prices may change without notice. As a user, you can decline our invoice and cancel any service contract. Furthermore, we reserve the right to decline a job for various reasons, such as difficulties in understanding the writing, high demand for our services at that time, or unavailability of our editors. If this occurs, we will promptly notify you before payment so you can find alternative editors or wait until our services are available again.
Process
Proofreading and editing services follow a five-step process:
Step 1: Quote: Send the document via the website and get a quote through your email address;
Step 2: Payment: Pay the total fee and get a receipt;
Step 3: Editor makes edits: An editor familiar with your content type will review your work and make suggested edits and improvements;
Step 4: Review and Revision: You will have a chance to review the edits and decide whether to accept them, reject them, or suggest further changes; and
Step 5: Final Version: If necessary, the editor will send you the final version in two formats (Word and PDF).
